PROMOTIONS:

PINKS sales and coupon discounts ("promotions") are valid only on purchases of in-stock products during the specified time. Promotions are not valid towards previous purchases. PINKS reserves the right to change or modify promotions at any time.

GENERAL RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

Once you receive your package you have 14 days to return it in order to receive a full refund. We can also offer store credit, but it is still within the window of 14 days. Please follow the below instructions on how to proceed with your return. If you are local to Colorado, you can also visit us in-store for your return of your online purchase.

All items purchased at a regular price are valid for a full refund when received within the 14-day period. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received with tags attached. We will not accept items with tags removed, deodorant or makeup stains, and we reserve the right to refuse any items that come back in a condition that we do not approve of. 

* Gift cards and sale items are excluded from the return policy and therefore cannot be returned.

* Purchases made in-store can only be returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY:

• All orders are fulfilled during business hours only.

• Any orders placed after 2PM MST will be fulfilled the following business day.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and fulfilled.

EXCHANGES:

• Since our items tend to sell out quickly, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your item and place a new order.
