All items purchased at a regular price are valid for a full refund when received within the 14-day period. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received with tags attached. * Gift cards and sale items are excluded from the return policy and therefore cannot be returned.

* Purchases made in-store can only be returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase.

• All orders are fulfilled during business hours only.
• Any orders placed after 2PM MST will be fulfilled the following business day.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and fulfilled.

EXCHANGES:

• Since our items tend to sell out quickly, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your item and place a new order.

• Customers will be responsible for return shipping. Please send your return in all original packaging including the original packing slip to the address below. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services so you know when your return has been delivered.
