How To Return My Items?
Once you receive your package you will have 14 days to return it in order to receive a full refund. We can also offer store credit, but it is still within the window of 14 days. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received with tags attached. We will not accept items with tags removed, deodorant or makeup stains, and we reserve the right to refuse any items that come back in a condition that we do not approve of.

RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

Please follow the below instructions on how to proceed with your return. If you are local to Colorado, you can also visit us in-store for the return of your online purchase.
All items purchased at a regular price are valid for a full refund when received within the 14-day period. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received with tags attached. We will not accept items with tags removed, deodorant or makeup stains, and we reserve the right to refuse any items that come back in a condition that we do not approve of.
* Gift cards and sale items are excluded from the return policy and therefore cannot be returned.
* Purchases made in-store can only be returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase.
SHIPPING POLICY:
- All orders are fulfilled during business hours only.
- Any orders placed after 2PM MST will be fulfilled the following business day.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and fulfilled.
EXCHANGES:
- Since our items tend to sell out quickly, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your item and place a new order.
HOW TO START YOUR RETURN:

- Please provide the following information in the body of the email:

- Items being returned
- Reason for return
- If you are returning your items within our strict 14-day deadline, please note whether you would like to be issued a refund or store credit.
- Customers will be responsible for return shipping. Please send your return in all original packaging including the original packing slip to the address below. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services so you know when your return has been delivered.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. I've returned my order. When will I receive my refund?
